JROTC All Forms

Welcome to the documentation for All Forms, a Microsoft Access-based JROTC Cadet Management System.

All Forms is designed to manage Cadet records, organizational structure, inventory, attendance, awards, operations, and administrative requirements for a JROTC battalion.

Overview

The application is built as a split Microsoft Access database:

• Front-End (All_Forms_fr.accdb)

  • Forms

  • VBA Modules
  • User interface

• Back-End (All_Forms_be.accdb)

  • Data tables
  • Records
  • Storage

The front-end connects to the back-end through linked tables.
