Print Award Announcement¶
The Award Announcement report creates a script for the S-1 or Assistant S-1 to read when presenting awards to Cadets.
This script should be read each time an award is presented to ensure consistency and proper recognition.
Generating the Report¶
When selecting:
Print Award Announcement
The system will ask for:
- Award Presentation Date
Enter the date the awards are being handed out.
Warning
Confirm the award presentation date with Cadre before generating the report.
After confirming the date, the award announcement script will be generated.
Report Contents¶
The report provides a formatted announcement script for the S-1/Assistant S-1 to read during the award ceremony.
The script includes:
- Award information
- Recipient Cadets
- Award descriptions
- Presentation wording
Each award will be announced individually.

The Award Announcement should be used during the award ceremony to ensure every award is properly announced and documented.
