Print Battalion Unit Report Attendance¶
The Battalion Unit Report Attendance report provides a summary of weekly attendance throughout the entire school year.
This report is used to track attendance trends by Company and semester.
Report Header¶
At the top left, the report displays:

At the top right, it displays:
Current Week and Current Page
showing the current attendance week for the selected year.
Attendance Table¶
The report contains the following fields:

| Company Columns | Attendance percentage for each Company |
The report displays every attendance week created for the selected school year.
Semester Breakdown¶
The report automatically separates attendance based on the Semester 1 ending week configured in:
The report is divided into:
- Semester 1
- Semester 2
- Year Total
Semester 1 Average¶
At the end of Semester 1, the report displays:
Semester 1 Average
The system calculates the average attendance for each Company by:
- Adding all weekly attendance totals.
- Dividing by the number of attendance weeks in Semester 1.
The far right of the semester average displays the overall Semester 1 average for the entire battalion.
Semester 2 Average¶
At the end of Semester 2, the report displays:
Semester 2 Average
The system calculates the average attendance for each Company by:
- Adding all weekly attendance totals.
- Dividing by the number of attendance weeks in Semester 2.
The far right of the semester average displays the overall Semester 2 average for the entire battalion.
Year Total¶
At the bottom of the report, the system displays:
Year Total
This combines:
- Semester 1 Average
- Semester 2 Average
to show the overall attendance performance for the entire school year.
Exporting the Report¶
The Battalion Unit Report Attendance report can be either:
- Printed directly from All Forms.
- Downloaded to Excel for further review, analysis, or record keeping.
The Excel export will contain the same attendance information displayed in the report.
Accountability¶
The S-1 must sign the completed report for accountability.
The signed report should be retained according to unit procedures.
