Print Uniform Item History

The Print Uniform Item History report provides the complete checkout history of a selected uniform item.

This report is used to track item usage, issued quantities, and returned quantities.

Report Header

At the top left, the report displays:

At the top right, the report displays:

• Current Week
• Current Page Number

Checkout History Table

The report contains the following fields:

Field	Description
Cadet Name	Cadet who received the item
Date Checked Out	Date the item was issued
Qty Rented	Quantity issued to the Cadet
Returned	Quantity returned

Export Options

The report can be:

• Printed
• Downloaded to Excel
