Certificates Memorandum¶
The Certificates Memorandum section contains official certificates and recognition documents used to acknowledge Cadet achievements, participation, training completion, and outstanding performance.
These certificates can be generated for individual Cadets and are designed to be printed for presentation.
Available Certificates¶
Cadet of the Month¶
The Cadet of the Month certificate recognizes a Cadet who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, performance, and commitment during a selected month.
The selection process and scoring are completed through the Cadet of the Month evaluation process.
Certificate of Training¶
The Certificate of Training recognizes Cadets who have successfully completed a specific training event or program.
Examples include:
- JCLC
- Leadership Training
- Specialized Training Events
Certificate of Participation¶
The Certificate of Participation recognizes Cadets who participated in a specific event, activity, or training opportunity.
Examples include:
- JCLC
- Community Service Events
- Competitive Events
- Battalion Activities
Certificate of Appreciation¶
The Certificate of Appreciation recognizes Cadets who have provided exceptional support, assistance, or contributions to the JROTC program, school, or community.
Outstanding Achievement¶
The Outstanding Achievement Certificate recognizes Cadets who have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments, leadership, dedication, or performance.
This certificate requires Commander approval and signature.
Printing Certificates¶
When generating a certificate, the system will guide the user through selecting the required information, such as:
- Recipient Cadet
- Award or event information
- Approval signatures
Once all required information has been entered, the certificate will be generated and can be printed.
