Print Service Hours¶
The Service Hours report displays the service hours completed by every Cadet in the battalion at a specific point in time.
This report is used for tracking Cadet participation, community involvement, and accountability.
Generating the Report¶
When opening this report, you will be prompted to enter the date you want to view.
This allows you to see historical service hour totals from a specific date.
Options:
- Enter a specific date to view hours as of that date.
- Click Today to generate the most current report.
Report Information¶
The report displays every Cadet in the battalion, including dropped Cadets.
The following fields are shown:
- LET Level
- Cadet Name and Rank
- School Support Hours
- Community Service Hours
- Service Learning Hours
- Total Service Hours
Dropped Cadets¶
If the Cadet number field is displayed with a black background and white text, the Cadet has been dropped.
Dropped Cadets remain visible on this report for historical tracking and accountability.
Accountability¶
At the bottom of the report, all service hours are totaled.
The report must be signed by the S-3 for accountability.
